Mc2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document contains the full terms governing the use of the mc2 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any mc2 services.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.

1

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the mc2 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the mc2 platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mc2 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any revised terms are published will be deemed acceptance of those revised terms.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use mc2's services. mc2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close any account that fails to meet this requirement.

2

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the mc2 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. mc2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mc2 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact mc2 support immediately.

Verified accounts are protected by SSL encryption and multi-layer authentication. mc2 will never ask for your password via email or any unofficial communication channel.

3

User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

Mc2 platform users agree not to use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or that could compromise the integrity of the platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without mc2's prior written authorisation.
  • Attempting to manipulate, hack, or breach the mc2 platform's security systems.
  • Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to access your account.
  • Providing false information or using another person's identity during registration or in any transaction.
  • Engaging in any activity that may disrupt or negatively affect other users' experience on the mc2 platform.

Mc2 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the mc2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). mc2 supports a range of local payment methods, including Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, internet banking, and debit or credit cards issued by recognised Malaysian financial institutions.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for each payment method. mc2 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party financial institutions, payment system disruptions, or factors beyond mc2's control.

All withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our established verification procedures. mc2 reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits or for accounts showing unusual activity. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified account held in the account owner's name.

Mc2 does not charge hidden fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your financial institution or third-party payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside mc2's control. For detailed information on deposit and withdrawal limits, refer to the FAQ.

5

Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The mc2 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. mc2 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times.

Mc2 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of opportunity, loss of income, or damage to your device or data.

Where mc2's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable Malaysian law, that liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law. Users are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information obtained through the mc2 platform.

6

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Mc2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in cases of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.

Accounts suspended due to suspicious activity will be investigated within a reasonable timeframe. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated and any existing balance will remain unaffected. If a violation is confirmed, mc2 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with the fraudulent activity.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting mc2 customer support via email. All valid balances will be returned via an approved payment method once the verification process is complete.

Mc2 also reserves the right to cease operations or discontinue any service by giving users reasonable notice, at which point any valid account balances will be returned in accordance with the procedures in effect at that time.

7

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Term Amendments

All content on the mc2 platform — including logos, text, designs, user interfaces, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of mc2 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Mc2 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the mc2 platform. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email address. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
